The settlement allows affected individuals to claim up to $25,000 for documented losses related to the breaches, plus additional payments based on the number of claimants. California residents can receive an extra $100. All class members are eligible for three years of free credit monitoring. The deadline for claims is August 11, 2026, with the final approval hearing set for October 1, 2026.
