Truist Bank Settles $4.1 Million Robocall Lawsuit with Users Truist Bank has reached a $4.1 million settlement with nearly 6,000 cellphone users who accused the bank of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending unsolicited robocalls. The settlement received final approval in a North Carolina federal court. Additionally, $1.3 million in legal fees was approved as part of the settlement.
