DBS Restores Digital Banking Services After March 2026 Outage DBS restored its digital banking services on March 19, 2026, after an outage affected services like digibank mobile, online, and DBS PayLah!. Normal operations resumed by 1:19 pm. During the disruption, card payments, ATM services, and digiBot were operational. Previous outages in March and June 2025 had already led to regulatory actions by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, including increased capital requirements and a temporary pause on non-essential IT changes. These measures aimed to improve DBS's digital banking resilience, following earlier disruptions in 2025 and 2023.
