Global Banks Settle $86.4M in Mexican Bond Manipulation Case Bank of America, HSBC, and other global banks have agreed to a settlement of $86.4 million to resolve investor class action claims alleging they conspired to manipulate Mexican government bond prices. The proposed settlement was disclosed in a New York federal court.
