United Bank Corp. Settles Lawsuit for $2 Million in Georgia A Georgia federal court has given final approval to United Bank Corp.'s $2 million class action settlement. The lawsuit accused the bank of unlawfully removing former employees from an employee stock ownership plan and excluding them from a $23.3 million dividend.
